The service.
AskEngine is a platform for running AI-powered customer interviews and analyzing the results. Features and pricing may change as the product evolves.
Beta service.
AskEngine is under active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed. We aim for stability but can't guarantee uninterrupted service during this period.
Your account.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use AskEngine.
Acceptable use.
Don't use AskEngine to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, send spam, attempt to disrupt the service, or interview people without their knowledge and consent. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content.
You own the studies, interviews, and data you create on AskEngine. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and analyze that content in order to provide the service.
Payment.
AskEngine is offered on a pay-as-you-go basis. Charges are processed via Stripe. Refund terms are described on our pricing page.
Feedback.
If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation to improve AskEngine.
Termination.
You can stop using AskEngine at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer.
AskEngine is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated analysis will be accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to AskEngine is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Changes.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of AskEngine after changes means you accept the updated terms.
